By purchasing the VIP Magic Concierge service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
VIP Magic Concierge is a premium planning and consulting service offered and designed by Magic Happens Here Travel, to provide personalised guidance, strategy, and support for your Disneyland California holiday experience.
Your Concierge Experience Includes:
All services are delivered digitally and/or virtually.
The total investment for VIP Magic Concierge is AUD $1,298.00 payable in full at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Due to the customised and time-intensive nature of this concierge service, all sales are generally final.
Refunds will not be provided for:
If you are unable to proceed, one reschedule may be permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice.
Any approved refunds or remedies will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Clients may reschedule strategy sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be declined.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in unforeseen circumstances, including illness or emergencies. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered promptly.
VIP Magic Concierge provides strategic planning, educational guidance, and personalised recommendations only.

VIP Magic Concierge is an independent planning service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland Resort, or any related entity.
Disney names, experiences, attractions, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Magic Happens Here Travel is a small family-owned business, and significant time, expertise, strategy, and original resources are invested into every VIP Magic Concierge experience.
All itineraries, planning materials, frameworks, guides, templates, recommendations, verbal advice, written strategies, and supporting resources provided as part of VIP Magic Concierge — including the “Disneyland – Let’s Get Ready” E-Guide — are proprietary to Magic Happens Here Travel and are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:

Unauthorised use, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any materials or recommendations may result in termination of services and further action where permitted by law.
High-touch support is provided within reasonable business hours and response times. While we aim to provide prompt assistance, instant responses are not guaranteed. Support is limited to matters directly related to your booked concierge service.
